Step 2: Do
Over 12 weeks, you’ll practice your daily Habit Designs and check in with your certified Habit Design Trainer via SMS/Text. (S)he will provide expert advice and gradually introduce additional training and techniques as you reach progressive milestones.
Step 3: Teach
This 6-week online course trains you to deliver our breakthrough curriculum as a certified Habit Design Trainer-Affiliate, supported by our official training materials, online & SMS tools, and personalized coaching support from our licensed and certified clinical staff.
